a deep sea dragon creature , I used one of my friends as a reference for the face

It lives in the deep sea, feeding off giant squid and large crustaceans. It digs holes in the sand and moves rock from shallower waters down to its deep sea lair. During This time is the only time it can been spotted and it is regarded as the cursed creature. It got its name from pirates spotting the creature and then encountering a shipwrecking storm that would leave all but one and only one survivor.
